    Social support is shown to be an essential ingredient for success and the women of our small group classes get it in enviable amounts. Fit Females classes at Columbia Strength and Conditioning are ideal for women who want to get in shape while developing close, supportive bonds with their classmates.

    Our 60 minute classes are offered at a variety of days and times either two, three or four times a week.

    • Six week programs focus on weight training to build strength and endurance.
    • Nutrition check-ins every other week to keep you on track with food and fitness goals.
    • Online support from coaches and fellow classmates keeps you educated and accountable.

    These small group classes are demanding, yet rewarding, and you benefit from the support and encouragement of like-minded women. By focusing on women’s workout needs, we all work toward the same goals with results-oriented exercises.

    Create lasting, positive relationships

    Our small group class members enjoy a special bond, both in and out of the gym. Many class members get together on their own time to cook meals and help each other stick to their nutrition plans.

    With the help of peer support, sticking to your fitness and nutrition plan will be easier than ever. And when a group of women care about each other and their results like our Fit Females do, it’s easy to see how they’re results are so spectacular.

    Lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress play a pivotal role in reaching fitness goals, so we assess all facets of your life, including factors that play a role in happiness. We discuss techniques in mindfulness, gratitude, meditation, stretching and more to give you powerful tools in a comprehensive plan to reach lean, happy and healthy.

    When you’re happy on the journey to your fitness goals, it’s not an act of willpower to be consistent with your food, your sleep, or your training. They become an expression of triumph, a celebration.
